Horseradish Creme
Horseradish isn't just for roast beef! This creamy sauce packs a punch and is great on salmon, chicken, or even a baked potato. You can also serve it as a dip with fresh or grilled vegetables. Make it ahead of time and store it in the fridge up to 1 week.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek-style yogurt or sour cream
- ¼ cup prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp. Dijon or stone ground mustard
- 2 green onions, minced
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine yogurt, horseradish, and mustard until well-combined.
- Stir in scallions, garlic powder, lemon juice, and salt.
- Cover and chill at least 30 minutes before serving, or up to 1 week.
Notes
Note: If your horseradish creme packs too much punch, stir in an additional ½ cup Greek-style yogurt or sour cream.
