Sour Cream Party Dip
Ingredients
- ¾ cup sour cream
- ¾ cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup minced roasted red and/or yellow peppers, drained well
- 2 Tbsp. minced red onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced chives
- 1 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. minced celery leaves
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix with a mixer on low until well combined. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week.Â
