Horseradish Creme

Horseradish isn't just for roast beef! This creamy sauce packs a punch and is great on salmon, chicken, or even a baked potato. You can also serve it as a dip with fresh or grilled vegetables. Make it ahead of time and store it in the fridge up to 1 week.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek-style yogurt or sour cream
  • ¼ cup prepared horseradish
  • 2 tsp. Dijon or stone ground mustard
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl combine yogurt, horseradish, and mustard until well-combined.
  • Stir in scallions, garlic powder, lemon juice, and salt.
  • Cover and chill at least 30 minutes before serving, or up to 1 week.

Notes

Note: If your horseradish creme packs too much punch, stir in an additional ½ cup Greek-style yogurt or sour cream.
