Mango Salsa
This versatile, sweet-spicy salsa is a snap to make. It's delicious on chicken, pork, fish, tacos, or salads! You can even serve it as a snack with corn or beet chips.
Ingredients
- 2 mangos, peeled, seeded, and diced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced or minced
- ½ lime, juiced
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and gently stir.
- Cover and chill salsa at least 20 minutes before serving with chips or on top of your favorite chicken, fish, or tacos.
