If you’ve ever been lucky enough to try AE party dip, sold in Iowa and other parts of the midwest, you know how amazing a good chip dip can be. This homemade version is inspired by that chip-dip deliciousness, but packs in even more fresh, festive flavors. (Plus it only takes mere minutes to make!!)
¼cupminced roasted red and/or yellow peppers, drained well
2Tbsp.minced red onion
2Tbsp.minced chives
1Tbsp.lime or lemon juice
1Tbsp. minced celery leaves
1Tbsp. minced parsley
1tsp.onion powder
1tsp. kosher salt
½tsp.garlic powder
½tsp.black pepper
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix with a mixer on low until well combined. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
